HERE’S THE GIST
I’VE WORKED MY WAY UP
I started out as an entry-level Graphic Designer and progressed to a mid-level Art Director. Somewhere in between, I was even an architectural designer. My professional credentials are based on both agency and in-house experience while working with a range of teams, large and small.
I currently lead small teams of copywriters, illustrators, and photographers in the creation of industry-recognized marketing communications.
I’M NOT ALWAYS ON-THE-JOB
I stay active within the local design and art communities by:
- Submitting entries for design competitions
- Blogging about design
- Attending local AIGA events
- Expanding my mark as a watercolor artist

GRAPHIC DESIGN
I’ve mastered the use of typography, photography, and illustration as visual communication tools. This experience provides my clients with award-winning corporate design, editorial design, advertising, web design, communication design, product packaging, and signage.
ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN
Professionally, I’ve participated in the planning (programming) and designing (synthesizing) of structures large and small, commercial and residential. My ability to understand design and the built environment in three dimensions has been key to my success in this field.
INTERIOR DESIGN
My experience in this field is complementary to that of Architecture. Whether it was space planning, developing construction documents, or specifying materials, I was engaged in this discipline at almost every level.
